How To Order Parts and Services Through the WATEC / DLA ROWPU Initiative
PARTS ORDERS
The WATEC / DLA ROWPU Initiative supports a DLA-DSCC Contractor Logistic Support contract for ROWPU maintenance, troubleshooting, and training and covers more than 3,100 ROWPU National Stock Numbers and 1,900 ROWPU non-NSN items managed by the Defense Logistic Agency Supply Centers.
It is important to note that the contract only covers DLA managed items and does not, under this contract, support ROWPU parts managed by the individual Military Services. Requests for ROWPU parts should be submitted through normal requisitioning procedures or when using the Government credit card, directly through the Customer Service Center.
Requests for requisition status must still be directed to the appropriate DLA Center.
REQUESTS FOR SERVICES
ROWPU trouble shooting, maintenance and/or training Task Orders are obtained through local contracting offices. A task order will be sent through DLA to WATEC, Inc. for the performance of the requested assistance at the current contract fee.
